Frequently asked questions

What is an act of work?
A document handed to the client when a job is done: what was performed, at what price, signed by both sides. In some countries it is called an act of work, in others a service report or job report. ServisGo generates them from the appointment's real data.
Where does the report data come from?
From the appointment: the services your technicians recorded as performed, the filled checklist answers, the photos, the client and order details. You design the layout once as a template.
Can I change a report after it was issued?
Drafts can be edited and always reflect the latest appointment data. A finalized act is locked on purpose: its stored PDF never changes, so what you issued stays what you issued.
Does it handle VAT and prices?
Yes. The performed services table can be printed with or without prices, and VAT is handled the way your template defines it.
Can I add wording of my own?
Yes. Free text blocks carry fixed wording in the template, and custom fields ask for a value, like an agreement number, each time an act is generated.
