How do clients get the link?
Automatically by SMS, as a reminder before the visit and as a confirmation request, each with its own timing. You can also copy the link from the appointment and send it any way you like.
What happens when a client reschedules?
The client picks from times that fit your team's real availability and routes. The calendar updates immediately, and the visit's confirmation status shows the change to the office.
Are SMS reminders included in the price?
