Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Misija - verslas, MB ("ServisGo", "we", "us") and govern your use of the ServisGo platform, including the ServisGo Technician mobile application (the "App"), the web dashboard at https://app.servisgo.com, and this website.
By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ServisGo is a field-service management platform that helps service companies plan appointments, optimise routes, and coordinate field technicians. The App lets technicians view their assigned visits, navigate their route, update visit status, and document work with photos.
The service is provided to businesses ("Companies") and to the technicians who work for them. We may change, add, or remove features to improve the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Technician accounts are created and managed by the Company you work for. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us or your Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the App.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You must not:
- access data you are not authorised to access, or attempt to access another Company’s data;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- upload photos or data that you do not have the right to share, or that contain unrelated personal data;
- use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it.
4. Data and your responsibilities
Job and customer data accessed through the App belongs to your Company. You agree to handle it only as needed to perform your work and in line with your Company’s instructions and applicable data-protection law. How personal data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely to use the service in connection with your work for a subscribing Company. The App is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest in the ServisGo platform, App, and brand remain with us and our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service except as these Terms allow.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, mapping, and messaging). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. App Store and Google Play terms
You obtain the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play and your use must comply with the applicable store’s terms. The following applies to the extent you use the App on Apple devices:
- These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. ServisGo, not the store, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- The store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Support requests should be directed to us.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store has no warranty obligation for the App; any claims that the App fails to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
- ServisGo, not the store, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, and intellectual-property claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on any applicable prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route or travel-time estimates will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
Your access depends on your Company’s subscription and your relationship with that Company. We or your Company may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service. You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Lithuania will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
