Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ServisGo Technician account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the ServisGo Technician mobile app published by Misija - verslas, MB.
ServisGo Technician accounts are created and managed by the service company you work for (your "Company"). Because of this, there are two ways to have your account and data deleted.
1. Ask your Company (fastest)
The administrator at the Company you work for manages technician accounts from the ServisGo dashboard. Ask your administrator to remove your account. Once they remove you, your sign-in access is revoked and your personal profile data is deleted or anonymised.
2. Request deletion directly from us
If you cannot reach your Company, or you want to ask us directly, send a deletion request to the email below from the address associated with your account. Tell us your name and the Company you work(ed) for so we can verify and locate your account.
3. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:
- your account profile (name, email, and sign-in credentials);
- your personal location history collected by the App;
- the link between you and the visits and photos you handled.
4. What may be retained
Some records belong to your Company rather than to you, and the Company (as data controller) decides how long to keep them. Job records, completed-visit history, and work photos may be retained by your Company for its operational, legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Where these are retained, we remove or anonymise identifiers that tie them to you personally where the law allows.
We may also keep limited records where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
