How do I sign in to the Technician app?
Your account is created by the service company you work for. Sign in with the email and password your administrator gave you. If you cannot sign in, ask your administrator to check your account or reset your password.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Location is used while you use the app to plan your route, estimate travel time, and show your visit status to your company. You can turn it off in your device settings, though some routing features will be limited.
How do I add photos to a visit?
Open the visit, choose to add a photo, and the app will ask permission to use your camera or photo library. Photos are attached to that visit and shared with your company.
I work offline a lot. Will the app still work?
Yes. The app keeps your day’s plan available offline and syncs your updates and photos automatically once you are back online.
How do I delete my account or data?
Ask your company administrator to remove your account, or email us directly. Full details are on our Account & Data Deletion page.
