This Privacy Policy explains how Misija - verslas, MB ("ServisGo", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the ServisGo platform, including the ServisGo Technician mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), the web dashboard at https://app.servisgo.com, and this website (https://servisgo.com).
ServisGo is a business-to-business field-service management tool. The ServisGo Technician app is intended for field technicians who use it as employees or contractors of a service company that subscribes to ServisGo (your "Company"). For most data processed through the App, your Company decides why and how the data is used and is the data controller; we act as a data processor on its behalf. We are the controller for your own account and for operating, securing, and improving the service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data
- Your name, email address, and the credentials used to sign in. Accounts are created and managed for you by your Company.
- Location data
- Your device’s GPS location while you use the App, used to plan and optimise routes and to show your visit status to your Company. See section 2.
- Photos and camera content
- Photos you capture or upload through the App to document a job. Accessing the camera and photo library is optional and only happens when you choose to add a photo. See section 3.
- Job and customer data
- Appointment details, addresses, service notes, and the names and contact details of your Company’s customers that you need to perform a visit. This data belongs to your Company.
- Device and usage data
- Technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language, crash reports, and basic diagnostic logs needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health or biometric data), and we do not require it to use the App.
2. How we use location data
The App accesses your device location only while the App is open and in use ("while using the app"). We do not track your location in the background or when you are off duty unless your Company has separately enabled and disclosed such a feature to you.
Location is used to: optimise the order and timing of your daily route, estimate travel time to the next appointment, and let your Company see the live status of visits. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some routing and status features will then be limited.
3. Camera and photos
The App can use your camera and photo library so you can attach photos to a visit (for example, to document completed work or the condition of equipment). The App requests camera and photo permissions only at the moment you choose to add a photo.
Photos you add are uploaded to our servers and shared with your Company, which is responsible for how they are used and retained. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing the service.
4. How we use personal data and legal bases
We process personal data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the ServisGo service, to communicate operational information to you, to comply with our legal obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service to you and your Company), our or your Company’s legitimate interests (to coordinate field work, secure the platform, and improve the product), compliance with a legal obligation, and, where required, your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies on this website).
For data that belongs to your Company (including job and customer data), we process it only on your Company’s documented instructions as its processor.
6. Service providers we rely on
We use a limited set of providers to operate the service. These currently include cloud hosting infrastructure, geocoding and routing services for address lookup and route calculation, an SMS gateway for customer notifications, and Google Analytics on this website. Each provider may process personal data only to deliver its service to us.
7. International data transfers
We aim to process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we put in place appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
8. How long we keep data
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Job and customer data is retained for as long as your Company instructs and as required by applicable law (for example, tax and accounting rules). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. See our Account & Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
9. How we protect data
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so that each Company’s data is kept separate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because much of the data in the App belongs to your Company, you may need to contact your Company directly to exercise some of these rights; we will assist your Company in responding.
To make a request to us, or if you have concerns, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
11. Children
ServisGo is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
