Acts of work: professional job reports, generated for you

Paperwork after a job shouldn't take longer than the job itself. ServisGo can now put an act of work together for you: open an appointment, press "Generate act", and the document fills itself with the client's details and every service your team recorded.

The look of the document is yours to design. On the "Act templates" page you build the layout from blocks (company details, the table of performed services, photos from the visit, signature lines) and watch a live preview update while you arrange them.

While the work is still going on, the act stays a draft that refreshes itself as new services are recorded. Once everything is done, press "Finalize". The act locks, and you can print it or hand your client a PDF.
